We recently retained Sean Sutton as an agent in the selling of our home. Sean was most helpful from the listing process to the closing of our home, he helped us arrive at a realistic assessment of the market value for the property and gave us honest suggestions for reasonable upgrades that would enhance it for a quicker sale. He took plenty of photos of the home and property and affirmed it would be a quick sale. We listed the home on the market Feb 22 and closed April 16th and because of his advice the people who looked at the home within the week put in an exceptional offer. 

All in all, Sean was very knowledgeable about the whole process of marketing and selling the home and explained everything step by step to make the process run as smooth as possible, he was also extremely helpful with advice as we went through the "back and forth" process of arriving at a mutually agreeable price with the buyers. One of Sean's strengths is his attention to detail and because of this, everything was taken care of in a timely manner and we had no issues through this entire process with an open line of communication for all of the questions we needed answered. Additionally, Sean has very good people skills and is easy to work with, it was a great relief to have someone as knowledgeable as him to help us through this process. We would highly recommend Sean if we wanted to sell or buy a home in the future.
